The Game Change program is designed to boost levels of enterprise in managers, Directors, business owners and employees. The Game Change material is designed to improve three critical, often neglected, areas of capability.
- ENTERPRISE – Know Yourself
- STRATEGY CREATION – Inject Above and Beyond Power
- BOARD THINKING – Clear Direction

How Does it Work?
Game Change is a series of six half-day training modules that can be completed:
- at your premises for teams of Directors/Managers in your own organisation
- by attending a group workshop at our training suite, working with other entrepreneurs
Each module can be completed at a time of your choosing. The modules can also be completed independently if you are interested in one particular aspect of the program.
More information on each module can be accessed by clicking the links at the top of this page. Each module consists of five core sessions. The titles of these topics are listed below.
|Module 1: Know Yourself||Module 2: Inject Power||Module 3: Clear Direction|
|What is a Future State?||Core Contributors||Being Crazy Isn’t Enough|
|Constructing Your Future State||Above and Beyond: Marketing||The Purpose of Board Thinking|
|Business Life and Death||Above and Beyond: Marketing||The Importance of Hats|
|Prime Driver||Above and Beyond: People||Past Present Future|
|Maintain an Enterprise State||Above and Beyond: Money||The Perfect Meeting|
At the end of every session the candidates will be challenged to complete a practical group task. These activities are taken from the Game Change workbook.
The Game Change Workbook
The structure of the training is business orientated and rapid fire. Each session in a module lasts no longer than one hour, split into three equal parts:
- 20 minutes for the topic presentation from the trainers.
- 20 minutes for questions and group challenge.
- 20 minutes to complete a consultancy-led group task.
The value of the group tasks should not be underestimated. The candidates are asked to consider real business issues, opportunities and threats. There is no role play. The format is training, blended with consultancy, focused on addressing and sharing real business challenges.
One of the key outputs of Game Change is a written improvement plan to take back to the workplace – your Future State.
An example of a consultancy-led group task is illustrated below, taken from the Board Thinking module.
Task 10: Decide which named individual ‘OWNS’ each business hat.
We can all contribute, but someone must have lead responsibility.
NB. You might wear them all!
Do you have, or do you need, a ‘special’ Hat?
Please note: During modules the consultancy-led group tasks are fully facilitated by the trainers.
